IFTTT Aims Higher With Three New Apps

IFTTT.com -the platform to connect and trigger several actions and web services- gets smarter with three new apps: Do Button, Do Camera and Do Note.

With these new apps, IFTTT comes closer to establish a revenue model for the company. Since the apps limit you to create three recipes at most, we may expect a premium version of these services for unlimited access.

Shortened as ‘IF’, the company launched all three apps on both iOS and Android stores.

Do Button, on iOS and Android, is as simple as it seems! The service activates any command with one simple click.

Say, you want to share a message on several platforms or switch the lights at home —Do Button triggers these and many more actions with a tap!

Do Camera, on iOS and Android, sends your photos to chosen channels like Instagram or Twitter; whereas Do Note, on iOS and Android, helps you to send your written or visual notes to related services such as Evernote or Google Calendar.

We’ll see how IFTTT will improve these applications and create a revenue model out of them.
